COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 3 -- Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost issued the following news release on Feb. 2, 2021:
Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost today has joined 33 other attorneys general in asking the U.S. Court of Appeals to reverse a decision that prevents states from combating robocallers.
The bipartisan coalition is filing an amicus brief today arguing that the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's robocall ban was enforceable from 2015 to 2020.
