HOUSTON, Texas, Feb. 1 -- Texas Southern University's Center for Justice Research issued the following news release:
The Center for Justice Research (CJR) at Texas Southern University (TSU) has received $1.5 million in funding from Houston Endowment to expand its criminal justice reform efforts. CJR focuses on research that reduces race and class-based disparities in the criminal justice system.
