On Thursday, January 28th, Roger Marshall introduced his first legislation in the Senate seeking to put more restrictions on essential health care for women in the middle of a pandemic. This is nothing more than "legislative theater" given that federal funds are not allowed to be used to pay for abortions thanks to the Hyde Amendment.
