STUART, Florida, Jan. 28 -- Rep. Brian Mast, R-Florida, issued the following news release on Jan. 27:

U.S. Congressmen Brian Mast (FL-18) and Darren Soto (FL-09), along with U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (FL), today re-introduced the South Florida Clean Coastal Waters Act. The bill would amend existing federal law aimed at combatting harmful algal blooms to require the first-ever specific federal assessment and action plan to reduce harmful algal blooms in the Greater Everglades region. . . .
