In San Antonio, Abbott hosted a group of small business owners who have been impacted by the economic downturn caused by COVID-19 pandemic.
In November, Abbott said Texas will not shut down again to slow down the spread of the virus.
Studies show it hasn't been economic shutdowns that have led to job losses but rather Governor Abbott's hands off approach to the pandemi . . .
