HARTFORD, Connecticut, Jan. 27 -- The Connecticut Business and Industry Association issued the following statement on Jan. 25:

"With December's employment report showing a second consecutive month of job losses, it's clear that Connecticut's COVID-19 recovery has stalled," CBIA president and CEO Chris DiPentima said today.
