WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) recently awarded a $236,861,846 grant to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA). The grant was authorized to cover eligible expenses incurred purchasing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and used to protect frontline workers in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
