AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 23 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document:
Across the Lone Star State, the rise in COVID-19 cases has led to a dismal 50 hospitals' intensive care units at, or over capacity for close to a month.
While Republican Governor Greg Abbott boasts about distributing the vaccine to only 6% of Texans, hospitals and their staff across the state continue to be stretched thin.
