CAMDEN, New Jersey, Jan. 21 -- New Jersey American Water issued the following news release:
New Jersey American Water will replace approximately 3,760 feet of aging water main in North Plainfield starting next week. The project also includes replacing five fire hydrants and 84 utility-owned service lines along the pipeline route. The company will upgrade the aging water lines with new, 8- and 12-inch ductile iron main along the following streets:
