RALEIGH, North Carolina, Jan. 20 -- The North Carolina Democratic Party issued the following news:
The North Carolina Democratic Party announced Kate Frauenfelder as Communications Director. Robert Howard will remain in his role as Senior Communications Advisor to facilitate the transition before transitioning to opportunities outside of the party.
