BOSTON, Massachusetts, Jan. 13 -- Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey issued the following news release on Jan. 12:
Attorney General Maura Healey today announced her office's appointment of Ava Callender Concepcion to the Cannabis Control Commission to fill the seat vacated by Britte McBride. By statute, the seat must be filled by an individual with a background in public safety.
