BROWNWOOD, Texas, Jan. 9 -- Howard Payne University issued the following news:
The Howard Payne University Women's Club will host its annual Yellow Rose Scholarship Luncheon on Thursday, April 15, with area businesses and individuals serving as sponsors. The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. in HPU's Mabee University Center.
