AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 7 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Kathy Sanders to the Trinity River Authority Board of Directors for a term set to expire on March 15, 2025.
The board is charged to effectuate flood control and the conservation and use, for all beneficial purposes, of storm and flood waters in the Trinity River watershed and to promote beneficial use of public waters.
