BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Dec. 23 -- Gov. John Bel Edwards, D-Louisiana, issued the following news on Dec. 22:
Gov. John Bel Edwards today extended his modified Phase Two order, including Louisiana's statewide mask mandate, to January 13, 2021, as hospitalizations have exceeded the level reached during the second surge in July.
