The following statement is from Michigan Republican Party Chairman Laura Cox, regarding Governor Whitmer's Administration extending her shutdown policy.

"I am happy to see that Governor Whitmer has decided to let our kids go back to school after coming under pressure from the Michigan Republican Party and others.
