NASHVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 18 -- Tennessee Attorney General Herbert Slatery III issued the following news on Dec. 17:
Attorney General Herbert H. Slatery III today joined a bipartisan coalition of 38 attorneys general suing Google LLC for anticompetitive conduct in violation of Section 2 of the Sherman Act.
The states allege Google illegally maintains its monopoly power over general search engines and related advertising markets through a series of anticompetitive exclusion . . .
