AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 18 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Dec. 17:
Governor Greg Abbott today held a press conference where he provided an update on the statewide COVID-19 vaccine distribution at the UPS Distribution Center in Austin. The Governor was joined for the press conference by Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) Chief Nim Kidd and Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Commissioner John Hellerstedt, MD.
