AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 18 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Jay Riskind to the Texas Public Finance Authority for a term set to expire February 1, 2023. The authority issues and sells bonds for designated state agencies in order to finance the acquisition or construction of buildings.
