WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Susan Collins, a senior member of the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, announced that the fiscal year (FY) 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which would authorize $731.6 billion for national defense, passed the Senate by an overwhelmingly bipartisan, veto-proof vote of 84-13 today. Senator Collins urges the President to quickly sign this crucial bill into law.
