A coalition of 17 state attorneys general, led by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, today filed an amicus brief in State of Texas v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Georgia, State of Michigan and State of Wisconsin to urge the Court to grant Texas leave to file their original action.
