MONTPELIER, Vermont, Dec. 10 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Dec. 9:
Governor Phil Scott and the Department of Buildings and General Services (BGS) today announced the recipients of this year's Building Communities Grants for Facilities.
