AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 9 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document on Dec. 8:
Today, Paxton in a last ditch effort to stop four states from casting their electoral votes for President-elect Joe Biden, the clear winner of the 2020 Presidential Election filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court. Paxton claims cases of voter fraud in all four states despite experts and other federal courts who have firmly disputed these claims.
