CARSON CITY, Nevada, Dec. 8 -- Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford issued the following news release on Dec. 7:
Today, Attorney General Aaron D. Ford joined with 50 attorneys general and other federal and state agencies to reach an $86.3 million settlement with Nationstar Mortgage. Nationstar is the country's fourth-largest mortgage servicer.
