CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Dec. 8 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following procedural order (Case No. 20-0634-E-C):

PROCEDURAL ORDER
By this Procedural Order, the parties are given ten additional days in which to file a response or objection to the Staff recommendation or to request a hearing.
