AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 1 -- The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation issued the following news release:
All Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) licensees with a renewable license that expired between August 1 and November 30 will be considered to hold an emergency license valid for up to 120 days after their expiration date.
The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation adopted the emergency rule granting the emergency licenses on November 23.
