AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 1 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Charles Cavnor to the Texas Radiation Advisory Board for a term set to expire on April 16, 2025. Additionally, the Governor reappointed Kevin Raabe and Mark Silberman, M.D. for terms set to expire on April 16, 2023. The board advises the state on radiation issues and reviews the rules, policies, and programs of state agencies that regulate radiation.
