HONOLULU, Hawaii, Nov. 26 -- Kaiser Permanente issued the following news release:

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii's commercial plan leads the state in 61 Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set(R) measures of care quality including those for breast and cervical cancer screenings, prenatal care, comprehensive diabetes care, controlling high blood pressure, and childhood immunizations according to the National Committee for Quality Assurance Quality Compass.
