LANSING, Michigan, Nov. 18 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Nov. 17:
The multimillion-dollar settlement to resolve civil litigation arising from when the city of Flint switched its public water supply to the Flint River was presented to the court today for preliminary approval, with support from additional entities that recently joined the effort to resolve the lawsuits and provide Flint residents with more financial relief.
