HELENA, Montana, Nov. 17 -- Montana Attorney General Tim Fox issued the following news release on Nov. 16:

Attorney General Tim Fox announced today Montana will recover all funds wrongfully withheld from the state by tobacco companies under the 1998 Master Settlement Agreement (MSA), as well as a premium and protection for Montana's future MSA payments.
