Hearst Newspapers today announced that the San Antonio Express-News will be relocating one block to the newly refurbished San Antonio Light building, where it will take up occupancy in the first quarter of 2021. Additionally, the San Antonio Express-News plans to increase newsroom staffing by 10% in 2021.
