STEPHENVILLE, Texas, Nov. 12 -- Tarleton State University issued the following news release:
The Comal Independent School District and Tarleton State University agreed recently to a partnership to help CISD seniors earn a college education.
The Comal ISD Board of Trustees and Tarleton leaders finalized an arrangement offering guaranteed admission and annual scholarships for the top 25 percent of graduates from the Comal ISD's six high schools beginning with the 202 . . .
