TRENTON, New Jersey, Nov. 12 -- Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Nov. 10:
Governor Phil Murphy today signed S2852, which clarifies when employees that are denied employment during a summer or holiday break are eligible for unemployment benefits by setting forth a standard for determining whether there is a reasonable assurance of reinstatement after the break.
