CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 11 -- The West Virginia Democratic Party issued the following news release on Nov. 9:
Just one week after Election Day, GOP Attorney General Patrick Morrisey's lawsuit to repeal the ACA is in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. The lawsuit threatens healthcare for 200,000 West Virginians who obtained healthcare through the ACA's Medicaid expansion and takes aim at protections for nearly 800,000 West Virginians with pre-existing conditions.
