MONTPELIER, Vermont, Nov. 10 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Nov. 9:
Governor Phil Scott and the Department of Labor today marked the sixth annual National Apprenticeship Week in Vermont with a virtual proclamation signing.
