JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, Nov. 10 (TNSJou) -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news:

A study by Dr. Martin Olsen of ETSU Health OB/GYN reveals new information about the prevention of neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS), which occurs when infants go through withdrawal from an addictive drug they were exposed to in the womb.

Olsen's study, published in the November 2020 issue of the Southern Medical Journal, reviewed the charts of 21 pregnant patien . . .
