TRENTON, New Jersey, Nov. 2 -- Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Oct. 31:
Governor Phil Murphy and Superintendent of the State Police Colonel Patrick Callahan today announced an Administrative Order clarifying restrictions on professional and college athletic competitions, indoor mall services, self-service food and drink, and private tutoring facilities.
