ATLANTA, Georgia, Oct. 31 -- The Democratic Party of Georgia issued the following news release on Oct. 30:
Today, October 30, marks the last day that Georgians can cast their ballot early in-person and it's crucial that Georgians who have not already voted make their plan do so now.
