WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following joint statement with Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire, ahead of Georgia's upcoming parliamentary elections:
