LOWELL, Massachusetts, Oct. 30 -- The University of Massachusetts Lowell campus issued the following news release:
UMass Lowell's Center for Public Opinion recently conducted a second series of 2020 presidential polls in October of likely voters in three swing states - New Hampshire, North Carolina and Texas - that offer a total of 57 electoral votes in the presidential election.
