COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 28 -- The Ohio Democratic Party issued the following news:
Ohio Supreme Court Justices Sharon Kennedy and Judi French doubled down on their anti-worker decision in Lunsford v. Sterilite and joined two of their fellow GOP justices in denying a motion for reconsideration of their earlier 4-3 decision, which allows Ohio employers to conduct mandatory drug testing using the "direct observation method."
