AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 23 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Oct. 22:
Governor Greg Abbott announced today that Mexico will fulfill its obligations to Texas under the Utilization of Waters of the Colorado and Tijuana Rivers and of the Rio Grande (1944 Water Treaty), which was signed February 3, 1944.
