MONTPELIER, Vermont, Oct. 20 -- Vermont Attorney General Thomas J. Donovan issued the following news release:
A federal judge has ruled in favor of the lawsuit filed earlier this year by Attorney General T.J. Donovan to protect food assistance. In January, Attorney General Donovan joined a coalition of 15 attorneys general and New York City in filing a lawsuit to stop the Trump Administration from eliminating food assistance for nearly 700,000 Americans, including more than 200 Verm . . .
