HONOLULU, Hawaii, Oct. 19 -- Hawaii Attorney General Clare E. Connors issued the following news release:

Circuit Court Judge Wendy M. DeWeese has dismissed a legal challenge to the Governor's COVID-19 emergency proclamations. In Partal et al. v. Ige et al., the plaintiffs argued that the Governor's emergency powers under Hawaii law were time-limited.
