Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) today lauded the decision by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Navigation and Civil Works Decision Support Center, in coordination with the Waterborne Commerce Statistics Center, to approve three Port Statistical Areas (PSAs) on the Mississippi River.
