LANSING, Michigan, Oct. 12 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Oct. 8:

Two political operatives were arraigned today in court on multiple felony charges after they allegedly used a robocall targeted at urban areas with significant minority populations in an effort to intimidate voters from participating in the November general election.
