AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 3 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Oct. 2:
Governor Greg Abbott and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) today announced $3.5 million in federal funding for nursing facilities to purchase plexiglass barriers and tents to allow for safe visitation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
