AUGUSTA, Maine, Oct. 2 -- The Maine Democratic Party issued the following news release on Oct. 1:
Yesterday, the Department of Justice arrested and charged Martin Kao for defrauding the federal government out of $12.8 million from Senator Collins' Paycheck Protection Program.
