TRENTON, New Jersey, Oct. 1 -- Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Sept. 30:
Governor Phil Murphy today signed a joint resolution (SJR38), which designates September of each year as "Sickle Cell Awareness Month".
