TRENTON, New Jersey, Oct. 1 -- Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Sept. 30:
Today, Governor Phil Murphy signed SJR92, which designates September of each year as "Safe Haven Awareness Month" in New Jersey.
