HONOLULU, Hawaii, Oct. 1 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release on Sept. 30:

Gov. David Ige announced today that 98% of the $863 million of the federal Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) received by the state in April has been set aside to assist with COVID-19 response and recovery efforts.
